This is where you can pay for a purchase that does not have a set price as a specific product, but where the unique price has been given to you by Vivien.
If the amount you are paying is e.g. $148, then where you see the option for choosing the number of items at $1 each, choose 148 by typing 148 over the 1 that shows by default.
This will mean that you get charged $1×148=$148 total
