Many of us are familiar with the 7 major chakras, and how to adjust them, but how many know how to adjust joint chakras, and how many know in which direction bilateral chakras spiral? Bilateral chakras are chakras that come in pairs, and that are designed to work together as one system. Examples include all organs and appendages that come in pairs: eyes are bilateral chakras, legs are bilateral chakras, kidneys are bilateral chakras — to name a few.
All joints are chakras, and most are bilateral — such as knees, elbows, shoulders; but some are not — such as the vertebrae. Joint chakras need to be adjusted using an infinity sign trajectory instead of a spiral. Vivien explains and demonstrates why and how in this tutorial.
